Where are you right now? · Step 4 of 9
Choosing a center
“Finding a transplant center is overwhelming.”

What should I know before I choose a kidney transplant center?
A transplant hospital must accept you. You must finish its evaluation and agree to its conditions, such as getting to the hospital within a set time when a kidney is offered.1
Insurance may not cover travel and lodging if the hospital is far from home.1
See kidney transplant centers in NY, NJ and CT and questions to help you choose.
